planning on replacing fans on my radiator (the ones i have are too noisy) and i have come to a decision now sure which ones are optimal for the job Bequiet Silentwings 2 or Corsair SP120?

Noctua NF-F12. If you're lucky you can get the Linustechtips edition

can you just downvolt them a little bit through your bios or something like speedfan?  odds are they don't need to be running 100% (if they are currently)
