RX 480 Drivers not working please help.

Hello.Today I received my RX 480. I installed it into my system and booted it up. Then I went on the AMD's website and installed the latest crimson drivers for windows 8.1 64bit. However, when I went to open the driver I get an error message saying: "Radeon Settings are not currently available. Please try again after connecting AMD graphics". I've uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, but I get the same error. Please help ;-; 

My specs are :
AMD FX 6300
MOBO: Gigabyte 970A-DS3P (rev.2)
PSU: Corsair CX600M

Did you wipe off the old drivers? There is software you can download to remove any old GPU driver.
