Depends on the specs you put in it.

if you have an i5 or under and gtx 960 or 70 or under it should be fine. Don't overclock with it.

overclocking and higher end parts usually draw more power. I wouldn't have a system that draws 450 watts under load on a 550 watt psu

At $850 we're looking at about 6600K and GTX 970 / RX 480 so power draw should be about 240W

Even a Haswell i7 combined with a GTX 780 does not draw more than 400 watts under load.
