Gpu and stuff

Go to solution Solved by Chivpcgamer,

How many rupies is $162?

Yeah looks like 1gb 7770 or a 2gb gtx 650 would be the best available choices

ok so how do u figure out what resolution of ur screen should be depending on ur gpu :?

like if u have 1 gb video card what resolution would u go for :?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~
also most of gpu benchmarks are mess a lot of games with its very hard to see the difference like in gtx 660 and 7870
can u pm me a site which give it straight ... like 660 vs 7870 and xxx wins !! ??
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

also some people say nvidia cards run cooler than amd i have seen it myself ... cause i have amd and my friend ha nvidia but does this remain in all the generations :?

also some people say now amd is performing as good as nvidia in adoby stuff  ... is it for real :?

Thanks in advance

That is a massive generalization, It depends on specific cards you are comparing. AMD and Nvidia have a whole range of cards with different board partners that each produce different versions with higher clocks and a different cooling design. it's not just AMD vs Nvidia when it comes to theses things, you always have to look at real world benchmarks and compare those specific cards.

Probably you could go 1080p but would be limited on high anti aliasing on newer games, 720p you would be able to get higher settings but probably wouldn't look as good anyway. Plus all the amd/NVidia questions, really depends on which card and which series. ignore the brand and base it on the individual card, unless certain things like eyefinity or PhysX are important to you. otherwise there is no real better brand. Yes amd has been better recently, but if you like building your own rigs you may not want red and black in your case. plus NVidia cards were also reknowned for running hot like the gtx480. Its all personal preference. But if u want 1080p gaming I would advise against a 1gb card, because of recent price cuts, you can get a 2gb card for real cheap. : )

720p - 1gb+

1080p 2gb+ (1.5gb will scrape you by)

1440p 3gb+

very rough guestimation lol (based on having pretty good visuals, which is what we want right gamers?)

Yeah great point, thats something i forgot about, 7870 not a bad 1080p card though either, i would say 1gb card would be fine at 1600x900. Whats his/her budget?
