For headphones I would suggest HD 650 if you don't mind a warm sound, HD 600 otherwise. Motherboard with Realtek should be fine; avoid anything Creative. If you find that you need an amp to reach a desired listening volume, add Schiit Magni 2.

That sub is the smallest they have available. So I just have to be careful with the volume on it.

 

HD 600 is my choice, since they are better for video editing.

I speak my mind, sorry if thats a problem.

About 6m x 6m + a hallway.

 

Also, I assume USB is better then digital sound cable, if the built in sound card on my pc is not that good?
