Need help choosing USB

I'm looking for a decent USB to use for general use(I might not even use it and forget about, I really just need it for installing windows 10 on my new PC I'm going to build). general use meaning transferring files for school, maybe the odd music file. A lot of sites recommended the Extreme usb with is world record setting speed but I'd have to get the 16GB and even then it costs more than it is worth (£13) (I know this is not a lot of money but i might not use it regulary and i Don't know if the Godly speed is worth it) and it's 16GB, I could get a 32GB ultra for £7 (or a 16GB for £2 less).

So I ask you fine people, what should i get?

16GB Ultra? (£5)

16GB Extreme? (£13)

32GB Ultra? (£7)

The only time you'll need godly speed is really if you're transferring VERY large quantities of files or very large single files (20GB file for instance). Otherwise I'd go with the 32GB ultra. Double capacity for 7 instead of 5 is almost free storage.
