Intel diagnostic tool failure

So I've been having problems with my rig and come to the conclusion it's my CPU so I tried the Intel diagnostic tool and it failed on the IMC

 

I take that this is a bad thing and an RMA is in order but my question is has anyone rma'd an Intel CPU if so how long does it usually take?

I'v never had a cpu fail on me, looking around online everyone seems to think that their RMA process is good (Just make sure you have everything). As for times, 1-2 weeks max, though alot of people are saying they got it back in under 3 working days.
