Build for a friend

Hi I am helping out a friend he has around $1200AUD budget for a computer that can run dual monitor at decent fps on CS:GO and some other games at decent graphics.

He is also wanting another monitor (preferrably 144hz)

All builds are appreciated and will help :)

Thanks
