Are the Gpu spikes normal? (this is under load playing Overwatch at epic settings

From memory on my GPU yes i would say it is normal, because when your in game you are looking around and some things require less power to load than other things, so it is most likely fine. I could be wrong but from my memory of my gpu when it worked yes it should be all good.

on a sidenote if i were to upgrade my processor would i see improvement
