Chances of a GTX 1060m?

azores

I think this is the perfect card for a mobile chip version, rated at 120 TDP, "GTX 980" performance.

The 1060 is already intended to be 120W TDP so the 1060m will either be less than 120W or it will simply be a fully fledged 1060 in a laptop

The 1060m will probably be a 50-75w tdp chip. There much lower power compared to the desktop ones.

Exactly, meaning the 1060m will not come close to 980 performance

It'd probably be closer to an R9 380 in terms of performance if we're talking a mobile mid-range chip. If the 1060(m) is a gully fledged desktop chip with a downclock, then it'll be about equiv to an RX 480 or possibly slightly faster.

Some Randomer from the internet!
