I need help picking some parts i have already purchased a CPU and GPU 6700k and the asus 970 strix.

i still need to get everything else that is including a monitor and a keyboard. My budget is around $1000 if its a little over then its fine.

my main purpose is a little rendering and gaming.

Not easy to keep it close to 1000$

Either You have to compromise on overclocking potential, going with something different than an z170 board, maybe get 8GB of ram first, get a cheapter case, or cheap out somewhere else. But that's how I would do it.
