Ram issue Plz help

So my ram has been acting up lately and i opened task manager a few days ago ( I have 16 gb ) To See that only 8 was being utilized and for some reason 4 gb of it is hardware reserverd. Please help

Reseat your RAM. I had this same issue back when Win10 first came out and all I had to do was reseat my RAM then all of it was available again. If this doesn't work then I don't know. Some of your RAM might be dead.

I think i might have to reseat it then if its all being picked up
