Can i use some software to manage my internet speed, so that i could lower the speed of the wifi? 

When my sister opens the wifi on he iphone all the internet connection speed is suck in, i cant even have 1 tab open in chrome.

Your wireless router may be able to do this, if so it will be configurable from a webpage, usually 192.168.1.1.

 

Find the manual online and read about any change you plan to make before you make it.

If you have admin and she doesnt ken jackshit about this sort of stuff. ban her mac adress and you wont have any issues

don't routers normal have load balancing built in? it should shift the bandwidth around so you each get the same chunk.
