This is the first PC I personally built. What do you guys think? What upgrades do you recommend? And what do you think about the cable management?

  • Intel Core i5 4460 3.4 GHZ
  • NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970 4GB
  • Kingston SSD 240 GB
  • 16 GB RAM
  • NZXT Source 340
  • Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
  • NZXT 750W Power Supply

The only thing I'd suggest, is getting rid of the ketchup and mustard ATX Power cable, maybe with some cable extensions, or sleeved cablemod cables.

And the monitor looks a little dated, but that's just a guess ;)

Same withe other post, return the 970 if you can and get 1060 or aftermarket 480 when they come. Or if you can find something like 980 or 980ti for cheap then get that

I don't mind the ATX Power Cable, maybe I'll replace it, but I don't consider this a priority. Indeed, my monitor is a little outdated. I would like to upgrade it, do you have any suggestions for an 1080p 144Hz monitor?

I don't see the need to do that, there is not such a big difference in terms of performance. My plan is to upgrade it after one year or so with a GeForce GTX 1080.
