Hi, I'm trying to get a new PC mainly for gaming, multi task and normal data stuff (big excel files)

I'm looking forward to using dual monitors (I have a 1080p for gaming and 720p for checking chatroom/mail/chrome auto refresh...)

I've never ever OC, watched/read tons of stuff on it tho. And think I might as well try.

This is not urgent. To be honest I'm even trying to wait for the end of the year for next big cards like Vega or GTX 1080 Ti. I dunno. I just like to get a great card to go maximum on my gaming experience.

Anyway, here is my plan:

CPU: Intel i7-6700k Skylake Socket 1511
Mainboard: MSI Z170 Krait Gaming LGA 1151
CPU Cooler: ID Cooling FrostFlow 240L
 RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB(2x8GB) DDR4 Bus 2400 Cas 16
 Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro Windowed
 SSD: Samsung 850 EVO 250GB
 HDD: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 64MB 7200RPM SATA 3
PSU: Corsair CS650-80 Plus Gold-Semi Modular
VGA:
Keyboard: G.Skill Ripjaws KM780R Gaming Keyboard
Mouse: G.Skill Ripjaws MX780 Laser Gaming Mouse
System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition

As you can see I'm leaving the VGA slot open. My original plan was Gigabyte 1080 G1 Gaming, but now the Titan P is just announced (which made me believe the 1080 Ti is coming too)

My main concern was the CPU Cooler. I know liquid cooling is great and all but I don't really want to risk a 0,00001% chance of leaking if I can avoid it. Can a Phanteks TC14PE be sufficient? If I'm to put an additional fan to it, can it fit the Enthoo Pro? Or can I just trust the Frostflow?

I'm also getting a UPS 850VA because there are always chances for a blackout where I live. I've been playing games for decades and got a lot of blackouts. My old PCs never gave a shit but some protection is nice anyway, right?

Thanks to Linus' OC video I think I can try OC with this rig safely too. For a noob maybe 4.5GHz @ 1.235V is ok?

I also planned for a non OC, relatively weaker but cheaper version

CPU: Intel i7-6700 Skylake Socket 1511
 Mainboard: Asus H170 Pro Gaming
CPU Cooler: Zalman CNPS 10X Optima 2011
 RAM: G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB(2x8GB) DDR4 Bus 2400 Cas 16
Case: Zalman Z1 Neo Mid Tower Gaming Case
SSD: Mushkin Enhanced Chronos 7mm 240GB SATA 3
HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 64MB 7200 vòng SATA 3
PSU: Corsair CS650-80 Plus Gold-Semi Modular
VGA:
Keyboard: G.Skill Ripjaws KM780R Gaming Keyboard
Mouse: G.Skill Ripjaws MX780 Laser Gaming Mouse
System: Microsoft Windows 10 Home Edition

Thanks for any input.

P/S: I didn't put in the price range because it's vastly different in my country. If you have recommendations just put it in and I'll check the price if it's ok with me.
