Installshield Wizard Licence Agreement not working? (SOLVED)

MANAGED TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, THANKS FOR EVERYONE'S INPUT!

Solved by going into the directory of Installshield Licenses(C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield\2015LE\Redist\0409)

Adding the license i created into that directory then changing the file to display in the Project assistance.

Hey there,

So i am using the Install Wizard for my application and i am trying to add my own licence agreement

but any time i add it and run the wizard the licence agreement is blank..

When i try to add my own Agreement:

When i dont add anything and leave it as default:

How can i fix this?

I have never used the install wizard before and really need this working.

Thanks you.

Kind Regards,

Scott

I feel like it has something to do with the location of the File or something bu i have moved it to numerous locations and non of them seem to work.

try removing any special character in file name if you have those.

Its is just a blank text file, no bold text or anything like that.

Open WordPad, paste the text, save as RTF and try it out.

hmm... i'm not talking about file content, i'm saying you should have proper file name (of that RTF file). Windows generally have issues while rendering data from file which have special characters.

I will try with all caps and then with  all lower case to see if anything works.

Edited post.

You should include a description how you solved it since someone might have the same problem in the future.

This may help someone else who ran into this issue. MS Word does NOT render RTF files properly for Installshield. I was testing a setup file in version 2020 and the word version would not render at all during setup. So I searched for wordpad and paste the text inside and remove the extra spaces. Saved the file and tested it. Now it displays properly in the setup wizard.
