I find it hilarious that you need a PC to run a capture card you bought... but the PC will do everything you want without needing a capture card.xD

What if i break a part? can i return it and get a new one? because i might fall on the case and it might break so i just wanna clarify do these websites have like 1 Year warranty?

If you break it no.

If it comes broken yes.

The place you buy it from will give ~1 year warranty

The manufacturer ~3 years

Take a video of you taking the parts out of the box to prove that they came broken (if they are broken)

Thats that. If you need to get in touch chances are you can find someone that knows me that can get in touch.

breaking a part voids warranty

falling on things, voids warranty

So, are these steps correct:

Step 1: Plan the build and make sure It Is All Ready.

Step 2: Purchase All The Parts Together (Like Half The Parts
At A Time)

Step 3: Once you have all your parts, Put them on a desk and
follow this video to build your PC:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?time_continue=1&v=vbDiSMQ_L_k

Step 4: Plug your pc in and get it running.

Step 5: Install windows and there you go.
