Shoulder bag with lock in main pocket will do just fine. Unless you are going into very heavy crowd, you will notice if someone tries to unlock it. And for extra safety always keep one arm over the bag. Anything in your pockets will be stolen faster.

enable password as pin is not as secure when though Microsoft say other wise when you set it up. 4 digits = 10,000 combinations. How Microsoft thinks that is more secure than a password with letters and numbers is just... Stupid?

 

no one has said this yet but enable BitLocker, mean having to type another password at boot but it does mean even if they remove the drive your data is still safe.
