I'm a 100% noob when it comes to building computers so any videos you can share to me for building a computer would help a ton!

Right I have a Dell XPS 8300 (hammy down) and want to upgrade to a GTX 1070 (I have a 750ti now) what would I all need to upgrade.

I know I need a new power supply but will a better one fit?

2nd could I get a new case and what ever els I need for a new case, motherboard, powersupply, fans, ect under 500$

I would want to move my CPU Ram and hard drive over and GPU

also water cooling my CPU so I can over clock would be awesome!

and a video how to over clock a CPU would help a lot!

Computer specs:

I7 2600

GTX 750 ti

20gbs ram using the 4 slots

A new powerspupply is indeed needed the case has standard mounting points for the PSU so it wont be a problem, You can just watch every other buildlog if you want to see how the PSU is installed and the cables

Desktop: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 @4,1 Ghz GPU: AMD Radeon 5700XT @2,2 Ghz RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB @2666 Mhz  MB: Asus ROG STRIX B450-E Storage: Western Digital SN750 500GB + Samsung 970 EVO 250GB + Seagate Barracuda Compute 1000GB Case: NZXT H500

Results: Cinebench R20 Multi-thread: 2800

For your level of CPU, I'd probably recommend the RX 480, or if you're willing to wait, the GTX 1060.

Also, you can't overclock the i7 2600. You can only overclock the i7 2600k. You'd also need an overclocking motherboard, which I doubt dell has included.

A new case: $80 - $100

Power supply: $70

Don't get a new motherboard unless you're upgrading your cpu

Fans: $20 each

TOTAL: ~ $200 + GPU

Is the reason for no DDR4 because you have 20GB of DDR3? I can deal with that.

If that is the case, I'd go with an i5 4690K and a z97 chipset motherboard. This though would basically be an entire new build.

Do you have a budget? It's kind of hard to just throw out parts without have some price in mind
