Rosewill wifi adapter

Hey, i bought the Rosewill RNX-N150NUB Wifi adapter from newegg and the experience has been terrible. It took me litterally all night to install csgo (12am-6am), when on my laptop it only took 2 hours. The USB adapter came with a bios disk but i dont have a disk reader, i tried downloading the bios online and it wont let me open it after the download is complete, please help me
