Need help on choosing right UPS.

Hey guys, I need an automatically turning off UPS when the power goes out.. I'll clarify a bit more, 

If the power goes out, then the UPS should shut down the pc (windows 10) and after shutting down the computer, the UPS should turn itself off or hibernate or sleep.. Basically it should not deplete it's battery by keeping itself on like a cheap UPS does.. I'm from India so need a model available in India and 600-850 watts are ok. 

Please suggest some products. That satisfy these requirements. Does the APC UPS maker have any product that fits the bill? (APC is avail in India).
