Video Editing Workstation - Thoughts

This is my third version on a workstation build I am planning to build. This is my first time building. 

 

I am a video editor looking to be a workstation to edit 4K video, render basic 3D animation and possible VR work. My budget is around $3500. 

 

Any thoughts, changes or improvements for performance. Any places you think I could be more price efficient or do you think I am paying to much for my build? Below is a link to a list.
