Purchasing issues.

I currently do not posses the money to upfront pay for 3 components neccesary to complete my build , but am willing to pass monthly using direct debit , however i cannot do finance as my credit rating is absolute crap . And i cannot find a site to buy these parts on direct debits? , is there any way to use direct debit to pay for items on sites such a amazon or overlclockers . Overall what should i do?

Thats not exactly what im asking , thats just a debit card that lets you take out money when you have it, im looking for a direct debit setup , which takes money out your bank at specific intervals until its been paid off.
