Floating Forum Navigation Tree

I might be the only one who actually uses this thing, but it would be great to see the: Home > The Hub > Forum Information > Feature Suggestions... Tree be part of the toolbar that floats at the top of the screen. It would make it so people wouldn't have to scroll all the way up to the top of the page to use it.

I use the breadcrumbs too, but I think they would be difficult to make look decent while sticking to the top of the page. You can use the Forums link in the nav to go back to the index, or just use your browser's back button to go to the category, most of the time.

Maybe a pin function like the navigation bar has would be useful. It can default to the nice looking view (like it is now), but users could choose to pin it to the top if they prefer. Idk, I'm just being nitpicky.
