What is the difference?

I am looking at Power Banks and I came across this:

If you look at the options the Black and Orange Bank is £20.99 but the full black is £25.99

why is this? Is there a spec or model difference between these two banks or is it just colors?

Looks like the orange on is just on sale, this happens a lot in electronics, for instance I got some case fans half off since they were white, but they appear to be exactly the same minus the color.

Sometimes devices vary in price based on the colour (stupid).

I said sometimes. For example I saw something for £35 in black, but white was for £36.4 just because of the colour.
