Do you need a full tower?

Do you need to spend 300$ on a mobo when you could save 150+ and get one that will function the same?

Trying to save some money here, but you could go for a 100$ mobo and be fine, mine was about 115$ when i got it on sale, and an ATX tower would probably be best for you. full towers are HUGE. but thats my opinion.

Also, atm you might be able to buy a windows 7 or 8.1 product key cheaper than the windows 10 key, and then just do an upgrade.

8TB of harddrive? Why not get a 250GB or 500GB SSD for OS, main applications/games, and then settle for maybe a 2TB or 4TB harddrive instead?

I agree with Zeus concerning the case and storage. Unless you require the extra features on the deluxe I think you would be fine with a board under 200 like the standard Asus z170 or Gigabyte G1. You didn't indicate what your doing with this PC other than putting gaming in the title. If you don't plan to do any activities like high resolution video editing or other work station use, your ram is a little over kill. You would be fine gaming with 16gb, but if over kill is your thing go for it! I would also recommend an after market cpu cooler. It should make your system cooler and quieter. Otherwise I think it looks great! Hope your build goes well!
