We currently have a system built in an old Cooler Master HAF 922 case. It was originally part of an iBuyPower system from five years ago. The reason we need to replace it is simple, the case is warped, a lot worse than previously thought now that we've taken out the old system and installed the new one. So, we want to replace it. Unfortunately, nobody seems to sell brand new HAF 922's anymore, and that's a problem. Because HAF 922 has the room to hold a 200mm fan up top and still give us room to mount a dual 120mm closed loop Liqmax II 120s CPU cooler in push-pull configuration (which requires about 70mm of clearance into the case when mounted) on the back fan mount. It also needs to mount a 200mm on the front (like the HAF 922).

The HAF 912 is too small. A 200mm fan fits up top and on the front, but doesn't leave enough clearance for the radiator with both fans in the back.

Can anyone recommend a case that would be a good fit based on these requirements?

May i ask why you are adamant about keep the 200m fans? Noise Level? If that is the case there are a few cases you could but QE 140mm fans in with your AIO.

It's my roommate's PC, and he is "insistent" upon having the 200mm fans. Getting him to choose anything other updated versions of what his old rig had has been difficult. The only way I was able to get him to switch AIO coolers from Enermax to Corsair was because the Enermax apparently sprung a leak. The fluid was non-conductive, apparently, but it was enough to get him to try a Corsair model. We're still waiting for the GTX 1080 to ship, and the motherboard had to be RMA'ed due to a fault in the USB3.0 controller (which the ASUS Rampage V Extreme is notorious for). Build I do or help with usually go smoothly, but this one has been a nightmare.

Because he was sold refurbished hard drives as new by Newegg, he refuses to buy from them anymore. Everyone else is massively price gouging, so he's getting the motherboard and graphics card from CDW.....who are dragging their ass when it comes to actually getting stock of the EVGA GTX 1080 he wants.

@Laputacake he's spent about $5,000 on this rig so far.

Only few I can think of is the Corsair 600T, NZXT Phantom (original, 530, 820 and 630)
