Windows XP Service Pack 3

Hey, I know XP is outdated, but I need a XP install with Service Pack 3. I have a legit Windows XP Service Pack 2 ISO with key, but cannot find any free offical Service Pack downloads anymore. The ones on different hosting sites is all different sizes, so that seems a little sketchy. I've found a MSDN download for an ISO that installs Service Pack 3, but a MSDN subscription is insanely expensive just for that download. Is there still any completely safe way to get Service Pack 3 in English?
