How could this possibly be true?

He said his machine was configured with 1 gpu (Quadro M5000, GTX 980 workstation version) and 6 virtual cores.

he had over 4000 FPS? Is his testing flawed? because he said he only used 1 gpu, and even if he used the total 1000 gpus they had there, they wouldn't be able to SLI?

Just really confused
