Gigabyte vs MSI

What is the best choice out of these two motherboards? I'll be overclocking and water cooling and running 1080's in SLI.

MSI X99A Gaming Pro Carbon RGB Motherboard 

 

or 

Gigabyte GA-X99-Phoenix SLI Motherboard

MSI is cheaper and all black whereas Gigabyte has the orange all over it. So looks wise in leaning more towards MSI but I just wanted to know if there was any major differences between them.

MSI is cheaper and all black whereas Gigabyte has the orange all over it. So looks wise in leaning more towards MSI but I just wanted to know if there was any major differences between them.

It might have a different I/O layout, just check that too  be warned, a 6700k may bottleneck 1080 SLI unless you overclock it too.

That's ok. Funny thing is I originally was going to go with the 6700K and changed my mind to go with the 6850K since I had the money to.

If you'r going to overclock, like always, check the model Asrock OC-Formula.

I did look at that one but I was a bit concerned with all the reviews about USB ports not working and issues with ram slots
