Any suggested monitors?

Hello.

I am currently stuck with a very old Samsung SyncMaster 151MP monitor, which is ok for coding, but not for video editing and multitasking.

Sooo yeah. 

I need a new monitor, which is in Full hd resolution (because my gpu doesn't support a higher resolution), which is somewhere at 21 inches and it needs to be widescreen. Not ultrawide, but just wide.

Also, it has to be under 200$, because i am running low on money :(

If anybody has any recommendations, please comment down below.

If you want it for video editing i would suggest a IPS monitor, Im not sure how much this one is in dollars but it shouldn't be more then 200..
