Ever since my mom upgraded her laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 about a week and a half ago, she has been having audio issues and I can't seem to fix it. It's an HP Pavilion dv6000 something, with AMD's A series APU and integrated HD radeon graphics.

It stutters while watching youtube videos and stutters while listening to music on the computer, anything audio related, so it's not a browser issue. I've tried updating the drivers, updating the CODEC driver, reinstalling both the audio CODEC driver and the audio driver, as well as reverting to default Windows 10 drivers. Nothing has fixed it. I've also tried Window's troubleshooting program for sound issues. It's a fresh installation of Windows 10 (upgraded then did a reset to reinstall). What am I missing?

Here are two screenshots at different times of dpclat showing the latency issues.

It's already on the latest driver. I feel that if I contacted HP or Microsoft they would just give me basic problem solving methods like reinstalling or using their troubleshooting program.

The next thing I would try is installing the old drivers over the new ones, I had to do this with my toshiba laptop
