Just built a new PC.

Specs:

- i5 6600k CPU

- R9 390 GPU

- XFX XTR 650W 80+Gold PSU

- GA-B150M-D3H DDR4 Motherboard

- Samsung 850 EVO 250GB SSD

- Hyper 212 Evo CPU Cooler

- 1x8GB DDR4 HyperX Fury Black RAM

PC won't POST - of the 2 monitors we tried, both don't work. Tried 2 cables also.

Problems/stuffs already tried:

- Reseating: GPU, CPU, RAM

- Removing HDD (leaving only SSD as is now)

- Removing CMOS battery and placing back (correctly)

- Checking all cable connections

- Checking monitor for exclusions of output/wrong setting/etc.

- Turning on/off again (leaving PSU off for 1 min)

- Removing all USB devices

Any ideas on how to fix this? Ask for additional information if needed. :)

What happens when you turn it on. Do the fans spin? Is there beeps

Check memory.

Fans spin and all lights turn on. There is no speaker in the motherboard or debug LED.

Memory checked.

Smells like a RAM issue. If the iGPU also doesn't work it's either the RAM or the board

Try a different slot, remove any peripherals, try another stick of RAM

maybe it's the cpu

How can I tell if it is? Returning the faulty part, the question is if its the CPU or RAM.

No one around has one :( I would have to return the RAM and see if the problem persists with the new stick.

This is a build for a friend btw.
