Uplay Question

Hi guys

 

So I have a Uplay account linked with my main steam account.

I now have a second Steam account for competitive games and I was wondering if its possible to link my Uplay to my new Steam account? Or is it against the rules?

 

I bought the game again on Steam BTW

If you bought the game again you probably have to create a new account to use the key
