99$ GTX 960. Is it to good to be true?

So I was doing my usual huntr for hidden gems and I stumbled across this...

Its is supposedly a GTX 960 2gb model with 2 fans. Whats the best thing? It is 130aud (a seriously good deal in Australia) and 99usd. Thoughts? Don't go all china sucks on me I bought a 30$ ssd from china that is pretty damn good.

 

EDIT: iT APPEARS THIS IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE. VGA CONNECTOR ON A 960 MEANS ITS IS VERY LIKELY A FAKE. PLEASE DO NOT BUY UNL;ESS YOU KNOW SOMEONE WHO HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE.

Also, a VGA port on a 960? nope.

I read A littl more... Now i'm sure it is not a 960... Some china bullshit with an "upgraded and modified GTX 560"

There seems to be a lot of fake gpus on ebay. But yeah, that does not look legit. It is a bit funny how all the reviews are like 5 stars.
