Can my Psu run new graphic cards ?

basically this is my rig now . its my only gaming rig.. i got some money after doing some overtime ... can my PSU run gtx 1070 ? my psu is cooler master 550w extreme or should i just go with gtx 970/960 or maybe gtx 980 ti ? im not quite good in computers but i need some tips and help T_T

With that resolution and the rest of your specs? 1070 is overkill
