Difference between these two monitors?

I've recently been in the market for a 21:9 curved, 1440p IPS monitor and have stumbled upon these two:

Apart from price differences as well as style difference, (I don't care about thunderbolt) I'm having a hard time differentiating the two of them. Can anyone advise why I would prefer one over the other apart from price and style?

no really big difference, the first one has thunderbolt 2 and it's refresh rate is 60Hz and the second one has no thunderbolt and refresh rate 75Hz
