Kernel 41 Power Error, is this PSU Problem?

Hello, i just built my pc 2 weeks ago, and it started weird things after 3 days. It started to unexpectedly shutdown during gaming/load, but when im browsing it can stay more than 10 hours withour shutting down. I tested GPU and CPU both at 99% and my pc gave out 2 mins into the test while the temps arent going above 80C, but testing GPU and CPU solely for 20 mins each wont affect it, i checked all the loose cable and i couldnt find one so everyhting are tight.i ran the Memory Test and it passed. I use 900VA UPS.no bsod, no freezes

 

Heres My PC Specs:

Intel Core i7 6700K

Nvidia GTX 1070

MSi z170a krait gaming motherboard

1TB Toshiba HDD

240GB Apacer SSD

Seasonic X650 Fully Modular PSU (650W 80+ Gold Certified)

CoolerMaster Hyper 212X (2Fans)

1 x 200mm Fan as intake, 3 140mm as exhaust

NZXT Phantom 530
