You should ditch the CPU and get one that has better IPC since the 8370 is a pretty substantial bottleneck in most games these days. Nonetheless, although 400W would be enough I'm willing to bet money it's a crappy quality one. To save yourself some money so you can afford an Intel platform eventually, grab yourself a Seasonic S12 520W, EVGA B2 750W, or EVGA GQ 650W since those are all fairly cheap and can power your system.
