Fractal Design Nano S + ZOTAC GTX 1070 AMP Extreme - Will it fit?

Hey guys, 

Question is in the title really, The Nano S can fit a GPU of up to 315mm which accommodates fine but the height is what I'm worried about. It is a 2.5 slot design so pretty wide, and with the Nano S, you dont get much room in this department as the power supply is right there next to the motherboard (refer to photo).

I can get this Zotac Card pretty cheap ive figured out and would love a response if anyone is clued up!
