Computer turning off for no reason

Does anyone know why my computer is freezing all the time, the few problems im having is as follows, windows stopped working, windows shut down unexpectedly, hardware error and also some other problems since this begun happening has been things such as not being able to open chrome, when i click it it opens two chrome.exe in task manager but chrome wont open, and also first start up for the day everything i click on will crash and i have to restart the computer by holding down power button because it crashes while restarting and fails to respond.

Do you have the latest drivers for your GPU? If yes, reinstall Windows to see if that works. Make sure you back up all of your files.

I rebuilt the computer yesterday Reformatting the ssd aswell did not help

But do you have the lastest drivers installed?

i had the latest and after your post i went into the next driver which was in beta, still no change, all my drivers for bios are all up to date too

Make sure the ram etc, is all working. Make sure that there is no TIM in the CPU socket. Has the PC been plugged in during a lightning storm?
