I'm looking to build for around $300. I don't need storage and I was planning on going with a rx 470 when it drops. Any help is welcome.

Thanks

for 300, you're pretty much stuck at a really hurtfull budget, and cant have a system with a dedicated gpu unless you go for really really shitty specs, i suggest you to wait, or either get this

300 bucks is tough. Shrewd bartering and used components could get you a decent system, but other than that you're just going to have a difficult time getting a CPU off the ground for 300 USD. on a budget like that I would recommend getting the best core series intel chip you can afford, and running off the IGPU for a while until you can afford a proper GPU.

Any computer you could make for 300 dollars would be disappointing. I would wait for a bit more money before building a computer. UNLESS your only workload is desktop, MS office, internet browsing. you could probably make a reasonably fast computer for those purposes at 300 bucks.
