  1. 1. What one?

    • i5 6600k + OCing Motherboard + ASUS Radeon R9 380X OC STRIX Gaming 4GB Video Card
      2
    • i5 6500 + Non OCing Motherboard + a RX480 model
      3

So now that the RX480 is out, this store is aus has droped its prices of the R9 380 GPU's

so should i get a

i5 6500 + Non OCing Motherboard + a RX480 model

or save money on gpu to put on a better cpu?

You want cpu for gaming, not gpu.

A CPU is harder to replace than a GPU. Because of socket, chipset, and many more changes. So it would be harder to replace a 6500 to an -k series processor (new mobo, maybe new ram and a new CPU) which makes it more sense to take the 380x, which can be upgraded easier.
