IPhone 4s Reboot loop after latest update

so i updated my iphone 4s overnight, when a wake up its stuck in a boot loop :( i cant get it to do anything else.

all it shows is the apple logo and sometimes a little loading bar indicating progress off the update, it resets when it hits around 2-5% of the bar being filled
