Hello

Tomorrow my parts will arrive for my brand new build, I'll be working with the Switch 810 case from NZXT. I'll use a Corsair H100i for cpu-cooling, but the rest will be air cooled.

The case comes with 4 140mm NZXT AirFlow fans, the cpu-cooler with 2 Pressure fans. At the moment I have not ordered any additional fans, but I will buy others to complete the build, still not sure which I should get though, so some advice would be appreciated!

I've made two pictures of how I plan on doing the build fan-wise, the first picture will be how I'll set up the system with the stock fans:

2crt17r.jpgThis is how I think of doing it from the start and use the build for a short while until I get additional fans. I eventually plan to fill up the case with fans to get something like this:

A small change could be taking out the bottom drive bay and placing the fan that's on the drive cage to the bottom, but in the end I still need the same amount of fans.

I'll most likely start with a match of stock fans with store-bought fans, depending on the price of the fans etc, if I can find a bundle deal,...

Anyway, since you'll want to know what kind of fans I'll be looking for, I'll sum up some elements I'd want:

- Colours I'm looking for are black/white/red, matching the build itself, complimenting the case

- Not too loud (but not going to have them running at max all the time)

- decent airflow

- preferably no LED, unless they're really awesome in both looks and performance

- decent bang for buck (aka, not too expensive)

Another question: I'll most likely need 3 airflow fans and 2 pressure fans, or would airflow fans work as well in that position? The radiator and the two (temporary) stock fans will be placed inside the case, fans pushing air through the radiator, on top I can place 2 fans right above the radiator as well (pull?).

Ooo so your like me and you like your cooling! I like fans to the more fans the better :D

I was going to recommend Noiseblocker NB-eLoop fans specifically the standard white ones near the bottom of this page http://goo.gl/x2wCUx until I saw not too expensive... So whats your limit per fan?

Lets say 20-25 (or 15-20 euros here in Europe) is my limit for a single fan. Of course, that's a pretty subjective view, some shops here sell fans for 15 euros while they're 20 in another shop, so if you advise me fans that are above that price, I'm not going to bash you :D

I heard a lot about the Corsair SP/AF fans, they look really nice and would fit my rig, the thing is, I heard they're pretty darn average and people having problems with the screwholes not being properly threaded and breaking, or the fans rattling when undervolted. Did they already address these issues?

I think their average or maybe no even for the price your paying.

these are quite nice being PWM and DBB http://goo.gl/X5Yz34 their also designed for 24/7 use

Heres what im looking at: http://goo.gl/X6fwbm

i have heard cougar, enermax, and bitfenix. Lepa also looks interesting in your price range. Besides the Arctic one I recommended these look good but might be right outside your budget http://goo.gl/FqzYHn and http://goo.gl/IWbELi
