So I ordered a skin on Wednesday morning for my OnePlus 3. Just a back and the top/bottom pieces, nothing out of the ordinary. When I saw that your order is "often done in as little as 12 hours", this was a great sign. So I ordered. Now, About 55 hours later, my order is still pending? How long did everyone here have to wait for their orders? Is this normal waiting time? If you had a really quick or really slow experience, what did you order? Also btw I live in Toronto, so shipping isn't a factor in the (their factory is in Toronto).

Did you try to contact them? A friend of mine (whom lives in Belgium) ordered a DBrand skin and it got delivered a couple of days later (2-3 I think).

No, not yet. I've been waiting to get a feel for what the normal wait times are first

OnePlus 3 is really new and I dare say they have heaps of orders. I ordered a skin for my opo and it took a few days. I wouldn't be too stressed.

My experience with Dbrand is so varied. First time amazing was shipped the same day & arrived in 2 weeks via regular mail (I was bitter I paid $8 for an envelope & a $2 stamp..). 2nd time, was sent a few days after purchase via DHL and then took 6 weeks to turn up.

I'd say email them, but when I did it took them 4 days to get back to me :/

They recently had a sale due to launch of concrete skin.
I ordered on 23 June and it was shipped 29 June, although this is longer than I would like, I understand due to the amount of orders they would need to get through and am still patiently waiting for my order to arrive (they estimate 5-15 business day for my country, so I have my fingers crossed it'll be here tomorrow)

Hence, be patient and your skin will be processed and delivered in no time.

Thanks everyone for your feedback. Seems like the times can vary quite wildly for them. I just wish they wouldn't claim that most orders take only 12 hours, but just said "within a week" or something that won't give people false hope.

Hello all,

I ordered a skin from dbrand for my Oneplus 3 June 22, and their website is showing they are still processing the order.

I contacted them a few days ago and asked them to cancel but they said they have shipped the order.

Right now the website says the order is being processed and the customer service says the order has been shipped, but I neither received the order nor did I get any tracking information.

Anyone having the same problem? Honestly I think they are just short on stock and lied about the order being shipped so that people cannot cancel.

Mine's of OnePlus 3 too and its still processing.

I was just coming to check out if someone else had a similar problem.  I ordered a skin for my MacBook Pro on the 25th of June and it still says "Preparing".  Is it really to much to ask to have an item shipped within a weeks time?  I realize Amazon has spoiled many of us but I think taking over a week to ship an item to a customer without at least some kind of update about being back ordered or out of stock on the item purchased is kind of absurd.  Not a great first impression of Dbrand.

Ya I've had the same experience, ordered a skin for my macbook pro.  It's now been a week and it's still "preparing".  I'm about ready to cancel my order and go with a company that knows how to process orders.  I don't care how busy you are it shouldn't take a week to have a cnc machine cut out a piece of plastic.

I ordered my oneplus 3 skin on the 24th of June, and it did take a couple of days to ship but too far to DBrand their website did have banner up stating due to high demand there could be a delay in processing orders but I ordered anyway. My order shipped on the 30th, I'm just waiting on Mr postman now :)

You are so lucky man and here I am every morning in the bed instead of checking news I go to the dbrand website to check if there's any update to my order only to see its still processing and they haven't been replying to my emails. ?

Yeah I sent them an email, but they responded basically just saying that they are swamped right now, and should ship it "soon" (this was on the 30th of June). On the Fourth of July, still pending.
