Is your voltage set to manual ? These temps seems high for idle

You should certainly use the power saving features in your OS which should automatically down-clock the CPU when not in full use.

Go into "Power Settings" in Windows 10, and select "Power Saver" or "Balanced" mode.

If you run Linux there are some kernel options you can compile in which will throttle the CPU back.

Stock voltage at 4.3GHz ?! Check that voltage with CPU-Z or something similar and attach a screenshot, what cooler do you have ?

By stock voltage you must mean auto. NEVER leave voltage on auto when overclocking.

When you overclock you should set your voltage to manual first thing.

I assume you want a quick and dirty fix, set your voltage to 1.25v, then run a stress test for two hours (if using occt, if you use aida make sure you run it for 4 hours at least).

If you get a blue screen, then increase the voltage by 0.01 and try again

My rig:
CPU: i5 4690k 24/7 @4.4ghz (1.165v) Max 4.7ghz (1.325v) COOLER: NZXT Kraken X61 MOBO: Asus Z97-A   RAM: 16GB Crucial Ballistix Tactical   GPU: EVGA GTX 970 SSC   PSU: EVGA GS 650W   CASE: NZXT Phantom 530 HDD: WD Caviar Blue 1TB + WD Black 2TB
