General PC Compatibility Discussion

So This is my current setup, 

4gb Ram ( obviously will upgrade)

Sapphire radeon HD 7950 3gb GDDR5 GPU

AMD Vishera 4300 quad core. CPU

Corsair 750 watt PSU

MSI 760gm-p34 fx Motherboard

 

  I can run most games but my cpu and ram Definitely Bottle neck my performance, If i were to upgrade what would i start with ? i don't have a lot of money so lets say under 500 but i don't want to replace everything at once. i'd say over the course of a year to 1 1/2 year i will be upgrading

you pretty much answered your own question lol. but since you're going to be upgrading in a span of +1 year might as well wait for AMD's zen cpu's. unless you want to switch to intel, which requires an intel motherboard

Well I would get a i5 then 16 gb  then the 480

They are going to use AM4 for zen.... so

What I would do:

Since KabyLake might come out soon, go to intel as they are probably going to use the same socket

Keep your GPU, it's pretty powerful enough for a few more years
