Toshiba satellite C55-a-1NU

i upgraded it's ram to 8 gigs with 1 stick with capability to be upgraded to 16 gigs if needed.

It had original windows 7 pro and now is at windows 10 pro.

It has some scratches on top cover and one dead pixel...Intel and Nvidia stickers are still on and all the buttons work perfectly.

Touch pad almost hasn't been used.

It comes with mouse, cables, laptop cooler, mouse pad etc.

Just because you sell a laptop after the date that Windows 10 can no longer be upgraded to for free, does not mean you can charge more. A used, almost 1 year old laptop isn't worth half the initial cost of it imho. With or without the free upgrade to Windows 10 that you're trying to squeeze money out of.

Imo, the RAM upgrade doesn't change my opinion either. 8GB is standard these days, it's expected by most parties. I even have customers tell me that they refuse to buy a computer with less, because they use more than that (I know it's not true, I struggle to use 8GB when working an average consumer load). About 315 Euro (converted roughly from $300 USD) is the absolute most I would buy that computer for.

I honestly don't know if i deleted something of the original post by mistake, but i have written it much simpler to understand, anyways i have also stated that i would ask for 200 bucks at the most so yeah,it would be a good deal for me :)

Actually i named the post differently, could this be a bug or something because i didn't change anything myself :/

Nope, body was definitely changed. It's now formatted differently as well as shorter, and it omits the part where you stated Windows 10 after the upgrade window ends is worth $200 in and of itself. Wish you could see edit histories on these forums... You also didn't state you would ask $200 Euro for it until your commend to my post ;)

But yes, I feel that's a fair price. Could probably pull $250-3 tbh, but that's always been tough for me to decide (resell value of technology) as the market is very hit or miss.
