Yes delete all of the, when you plug the device in again, it should reinstall the drivers on it's own. (the popup you see when plugging something in for the first time is that process taking place)

Hi,

So i encountered this problem a day ago when my computer would act like control was stuck, first i was not able to log in becouse i could not type and it was impossible to bring up on screen keyboard.

After a few restarts and many different keyboards, it randomly worked (whit the original keyboard) it worked fine for about an hour then, i was browsing the internet and when i scrolled it started resizing stuff, like i held down ctrl.

It was late so i want to sleep, in the morning started my pc, it worked. Then i got bsod (WDF_Violation) wich i suppose has some connection to my issue, i was like: "ok i will just restart copy every important file to my pendrive and reinstall win". I was wrong, my ctrl issue came back i couldnt log in, or reset the pc from windows repair tools sice it requires password, wich i cant type. And i do not have acces to a win dics right now.

i really hope someone can help and sorry for my not too good english

You wouldn't happen to have any PS2 style keyboards laying around would you? that should alleviate your issue and let you be able to do your windows reset, also uninstall all your hid drivers/usb and let them reinstall.

If you shut down the pc 3 times while booting you can trigger the win10 automatic recovery. Within the recovery menu you should be able to boot into safe mode. If this works fine then it's a driver issue, and you should try to remove any USB controller drivers in device manager within safe mode.

If you click start-up settings there's only one option if I recall correctly. This option is what was previously called safe mode.
